Our thesis

AI is the next
technological revolution.

AI needs to be natively imbedded in your workflows in order to realize efficiencies. That starts with giving AI a unified platform and shared understanding of the business.

Why we built Exquor

New technology.
A new way to work.

Technology creates the opportunity. Redesigned workflows turn it into operational efficiency.

A unified foundation makes that change possible to gain real returns.

When electricity reached textile mills in the 1890s, most mills swapped their steam engine for an electric motor and changed nothing else. One Connecticut mill ran 1,200 looms off a single basement motor, using the same old shafts and belts. New technology used the same way created the same results. 1

Only when factories gave every machine its own motor and rebuilt the floor around it did the work change. Output jumped 20 to 30 percent with the same space, machines, and workers. 12 The same thing happened later with shipping containers and computers. 3

Real efficiency comes when you redesign the work around revolutionary technology, not when you bolt the technology onto existing work.

AI is the new electric motor. Most companies still use it as an add-on, a nice to have. Only about 6 percent see significant bottom-line value, and they're three times as likely to have redesigned their workflows around it. 4

But AI can't redesign a workflow it can't see. In most businesses, information is scattered across systems, inboxes, and spreadsheets, so even the best AI sees only a fraction of the picture.

That's why we built Exquor. We give AI a unified foundation and a single source of truth, so your team can rebuild its workflows around AI instead of passing information from one system to the next.

These workflows are going to change.

It’s up to you whether you lead that change or lag behind.
